Now we start moving on to the baddies, beginning with the generic Outrider.

He’s also obviously not as skinny as in the movie but I think otherwise he’s fine.

While I feel the skin color is a bit off on the LEGO version, I understand the decision to keep him reddish brown to help preserve the consistency of color among the other LEGO Groots. Here’s Groot in the movie for comparison. He appeared alongside his rabbit friend in 76102 Thor’s Weapon Quest and had a new head mold. The final Guardian minifigure in the Infinity War sets is Groot. His outfit did not change so I think the reuse of his minifigure is fine, though a new facial expression would have been nice. This minifigure came in 76102 Thor’s Weapon Quest but initially appeared in 76079 Ravager Attack. While Drax, Mantis, and Nebula were all sadly omitted from the Infinity War minifigure lineup, Rocket made the cut. However, her katana does not successfully represent her sword in my opinion. I think LEGO made the right choice in updating her torso and leg prints, as they are pretty accurate to Gamora in the movie. Here’s Gamora in the movie for comparison. The Abilisk, her torso and leg prints have been updated.

While her head and hairpiece are the same as the one in 76081 The Milano vs. She, too, appears in 76107 Thanos’ Ultimate Battle. Third on the list is Gamora, Thanos’ favorite daughter. I think he is pretty accurate overall so didn’t need an update, but I would have liked him to have the new Chris Pratt head. Here’s Star-Lord in the movie, from the funny scene where he flips Thanos off (though it was edited out in trailers). He appears in 76107 Thanos’ Ultimate Battle but apart from the fact that he no longer has a jetpack, he is unchanged from 76080 Ayesha’s Revenge. While the new hairpiece for Dr Strange is definitely a lot more accurate, the torso and legs are still a bit inaccurate as the 2016 version was based off concept art and the printed Time Stone is blue for some reason. He comes with translucent orange Power Burst pieces that represent his magic, though I think it’s isn’t super convincing. The minifigure appears in 76108 The Sanctum Sanctorum Showdown and has been updated from his 2016 appearance, with a new printed hairpiece that suits him a lot better. Movie series! The first minifigure is the Sorcerer Supreme, Dr Stephen Strange. Hey guys! Today I have the other half of my LEGO Avengers Infinity War Minifigures vs.
